We have THREE ministers at this time. First we'll introduce our Executive Director of Operations: Jon Mark Haworth - He has been with the church since 2002 in this capacity and just before it went through the name change and incorporation. He is in charge of any Men's groups or study programs and touches the community through work with the homeless and low income families facing eviction. He is the father of 6 children ranging in age from 10 years to 28. Currently he runs and manages his own Biometric Security company. His church function has him responsible for the building location in Twin Lakes and everything that is entailed with that property. He is also the one responsible for all the workings beyond just the one building. Though that one is currently in a state of disrepair, he is beginning the first steps in organizing local people and workers to set the building right and bring her back to what she once was or tear her down. Next we have the Chief Executive Officer: Diann Marie Smith - She has been with the church since its inception some 23 years ago and has been through and around all the changes both good and bad. When she was in the US Navy, that took her out of the area for a few years, though she acquired talents that she now brings to the table. She is the one that holds the paperwork and is the partner with the EDO when there are decisions that directly effect the standard running of the church proper. She is Pagan in faith and ordained to perform ceremonies under that faith. She is currently working full time as well as giving full time of herself to the workings of the church She lives in Taylor, Michigan with her 6 cats and travels when necessary and as called on the business of the church. She is the second partner in the Biometric Security company and holds education in Locksmithing. Her caring attitude keeps her helping those in her own area when called upon as well as moving around when necessary and as called. Next we have the Pastor: Guinevere Isabeau Haworth - She has been the pastor for 25 years and is ordained by the Universal Life Church some 15 years now. Her education comes less formally. She spent 3 months with each faith faction, working, living, eating, sleeping and in worship; literally immersed in that faith to learn each one on its own merits. When faced with someone who wishes to be 'trained' by the Unity of Faith Community Church ... that is the way in which she deals with that person's training as well. She works with the homeless and low income people to find their way back from a deep dark hole. She is conversant performing weddings, baptisms, funerals, namings, handfastings. She is also busy providing counseling services to those that need them. her skills range from traditional to non-traditional family situations.
